YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE

Life Insurance

Life Insurance protects you, your family, and your home by paying a single lump sum on your death.  It can be used to repay the mortgage and other outgoings as well as provide financial security for your family.

Whilst no amount of money can ever replace a loved one, knowing that the mortgage and other bills are covered can help ease the burden that bereavement brings to your family.

It can be difficult to know how much cover you need.  This will depend on your individual circumstances.  Our friendly, local advisors will review any existing protection you have in place, understand your financial circumstances, explain the different types of policies on offer and help you decide on how much cover you need to give you and your family peace of mind should the worst happen.

Critical Illness Cover

Critical illness cover provides your family with a lump sum on the diagnosis of a qualifying critical illness.  It can be used towards mortgage payments and other outgoings if you are unable to work due to your illness, pay for additional treatment or support for your family, or perhaps fund a dream holiday.

Our protection advisors can work with you to decide the level of cover appropriate for your circumstances to prevent your family from having to deal with additional financial burdens at a stressful time.

Income Protection

Income protection is an insurance policy that pays a monthly income in the event that you are unable to work due to illness or accident.  The payments start after an initial qualifying period and are set at a level to replace lost income for you and your family for a fixed period.

Policies can offer both short-term or longer-term cover and our team of protection advisors can work with you to determine the correct level of cover for your circumstances.

Family Income Benefit

Family income benefit is a type of life insurance primarily taken out by parents with young families.

It differs to standard life cover in that it pays out a monthly income rather than a lump sum in the event of your death.   Our team of local advisors will provide you with advice on whether Family Income Benefit is right for your circumstances and the level of cover you need.

Home & Contents Insurance

There is a vast choice of home and contents policies available on the market offering very similar products at a wide range of premiums.  As with many things in life, cheapest doesn’t always mean best.  Our team of protection advisors can help you sift through all of the options and find the most suitable policy for your circumstances.

With considerable experience of dealing with household insurance, we can provide advice on suitable levels of cover, specific inclusions within policies such as valuables outside of the home or legal protection, as well as advise on any additional cover you might need due to the nature of your property.

Facing damage to, or loss of, your personal possessions or home can be devastating, especially when you are not adequately covered.  We can help give you peace of mind that should the worst happen, you can be confident that you are correctly insured.

Landlord Insurance

If you rent out a property we can help you arrange Landlord Insurance to protect damage to not only your property and any furnishings you have within it but also protect your rental income should your tenant be unable or unwilling to pay, and provide you with cover for any liabilities you may face due to injury at the property where you are deemed to be at fault.

We have extensive experience within the property market and are regularly referred to landlords by letting and estate agents that recognise the expertise we bring to their clients as well as our personal and proactive service.
