The amount you can borrow will depend on a number of factors including your income, the property you wish to purchase, your deposit, your outgoings, other credit commitments, your personal credit history and the lending criteria of each mortgage provider.

We will review all of these for you and can advise you on the most suitable mortgage products and lenders for your individual circumstances and the amount you can borrow. 

We recommend arranging a mortgage in principle prior to starting your property search, that way when you do find your dream property you are in the best possible place to make an offer.

If you have been refused credit in the past it doesn’t automatically mean you will not be able to obtain a mortgage.  It will depend on your personal circumstances.

We have access to lenders within our extensive panel with a range of different lending criteria, some of which specialise in lending to individuals with previous credit issues.  Our role is to assess your individual circumstances and locate the right lender and product to meet them.
